Hi, I'm Nicolle.

People often ask me what I do.

The truth is, I've never really found one title that feels right.

I'm not just a Pilates studio owner. I'm not just a business mentor. I'm not just someone fascinated by manifestation, mindset and visualisation.

If I had to describe what I do... I'd simply say this.

I help people believe in what's possible.

For more than twenty years, my greatest passion has been empowering people to dream bigger, think differently and have the courage to create lives they never imagined were possible.

Long before reformer Pilates became a household name, I opened one of the first dedicated dynamic reformer studios in the North of England. What began as one studio has grown into a family of studios, incredible instructors and thousands of people discovering strength they never knew they had.

But my journey started long before Pilates.

For many years I worked within the professional hair industry as a colour specialist and educator, training stylists across the UK and Europe. I was fortunate to work with some of the most talented and creative people in the industry.

But something was missing.

I felt a pull towards something deeper. Something that would allow me to truly impact people's lives in a meaningful way.

That pull led me to Pilates.

What I discovered was that Pilates wasn't just about the physical practice. It was about transformation. It was about helping people reconnect with their bodies, their strength and their sense of possibility.

It was about creating a space where people could become the best version of themselves.

And that's what Soul & Vision is all about.
